1 (2 ½ lb) slab pork baby back ribs
2 Tbs Brookshire’s Sweetly Cinn-ful Chipotle Seasoning
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375° F. Place ribs on foil-lined baking sheet. Rub seasoning over front and back of ribs. Cook for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
- Remove ribs from oven. Baste with barbecue sauce. Heat a grill to high. Oil the grates. Place ribs, top-side down, onto grates. Close lid. Reduce heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes. Turn ribs. Cook for 5 more minutes. Remove from grill. Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
